2 sets - 60kg x 14
2 sets - 80kg x 12
1 set - 90kg x 10

Seated cable row
6 sets - 55kg x 14 3111 tempo

Single arm DB row
3 sets - 40kg x 10 per arm

Cable lateral pull through
3 sets - 45kg x 16 squeeze focus

EZ bar curls
3 sets - 20kg x 16

DB hammer curls
4 sets - 17.5kg x 12 per side

Cardio
10 mins elliptical nothing crazy.

Cardio can absolutely increase. I'm just being lazy bro. Today is Thursday. On Monday I'll be kicking into gear and everything will be very specific and in check

I'm already back in Aus my man. Got home home end of last week.

My new blast begins Monday is more what I'm referring to so I'm just getting myself mentally prepared and to begin busting my ass haha.

Will begin a new log or maybe can get the name of this log edited would be more ideal but cross that bridge in a few days

Starting point for Monday.

3iu gh pre bed
300mg test e weekly
400mg Primo weekly
20mg Anavar preworkout

This will be the starting point. There will be a few extras which come into play also but I'll let my coach confirm that first.

Starting carb cycling with 4 normal days 2 high carb days 1 low day. Will elaborate more as everything begins

Morning leg session

* Keeping shit simple to feel out these knees after a 2 week break from legs

Adductors
4 sets 40kg x 12

Abductors
4 sets 40kg x 12

Lying ham curls plate loaded
2 Sets 20kg x 16
2 sets 30kg x 12
1 sets 40kg x 8

Alt Reverse lunges
3 sets of 20

Seated calves
2 Sets 30kg x 20
2 sets 40kg x 16

A Safe play for this session while I ease back in there. Onset of cramps coming through towards end of workout. Had fun. No real issues which is great.

New plans to come through tonight ready for tomorrow.

Attack plan is
5 low carb days mon-fri
2 high days sat-sun

Quick and aggressive cut for 4wks. Move into a building phase from there if everything is where my coach wants it
