Noted - this week I'm doing my own thing away from my training routine while I prepare for my trip overseas

Pull ups

Seated cable row
3 sets of 50kg x 12
3 sets of 65kg x 12

Seated DB side laterals
5 sets of 12.5kg x 12

Dumbbell front raises
3 Sets of 12.5kg x 8 per side

Cable upright row
5 sets of 45kg x 16

Dumbbell shrugs
3 sets of 30kg x 15

Notes - having a little trial run of 20mg anavar pre gym and wowza. Big big fan of this. ..going to ride out this week focusing more so on just enjoying myself before heading overseas next week.

Alot of running around. Organising a few things aswel as starting work earlier than usual as I'm being trained into my new supervisor role which will commence when I get back.

So essentially my coach has removed leg sessions while we recover my knees. And I've found a way to merge my other workouts to free up a bit of breathing room this week my man 💪🏻

I'm only leaving for 6 days. There is access to test while I'm over there. I'm not too concerned in all honesty. As I will begin to come out of this health phase once I return anyway.

So my idea is to pin before I leave. And I will have one pin while away also 😊

I won't be able to train while there. Due to my time being spent in tattoo studio. But I will still update the log with general things happening with photos ofcourse 💪🏻
 
How long before training are you taking the anavar?
45 minutes. I only used it for 3 days just being a impatient male.

The workouts were incredible but unsure if it's solely due to the Anavar.

That was my initial thought process. Just double up on a shot. Might have some spikes in sides but nothing crazy.

I will run it all by my coach anyway. He always seems quite switched on with what needs to be done. But always love getting opinions from others

Bro I honestly wish I could still train but my tattoo sessions are starting today. 10am - 9pm for 3 days straight. So I will attempt to get a quick session in today after buffet. But next 3 days I'll be out of action 😂

Day 2 in Bali. These logs will be small guys as not much to comment on.

Tattoo first session in the bag. It was rough. Two more sessions to go. I'm staying positive.

Trying to pick out a local (I do this to every trip) to gift money before leaving. I always gauge it off who is lovely to deal with and normally my partner and kids help me choose but this is a solo holiday..... Always good to appreciate what we have in life and respect that others do it quite tough. 12 hour days here to earn $150aud monthly. They rely on tips.

Few nice meals. Mostly lollies during today to keep the sugars nice and high

Day 2 in Bali. These logs will be small guys as not much to comment on.

Tattoo first session in the bag. It was rough. Two more sessions to go. I'm staying positive.

Trying to pick out a local (I do this to every trip) to gift money before leaving. I'm sick now. Vomit all night and can't stop going toilet. Have a nurse coming out with IV drip to try fix it

The nurse said dry food only. No fruit no salad no sauces or spice. Stick to packet food like snacks for today and water only.

Iv drip definitely worked quite well. I feel I've got my fluids back. A few tablets to keep the nausea and diarrhoea away also.

Now I'm walking back to tattoo shop to start day two 😂 😂 😂
 
One session to go and it's time to relax. Be a up an down day seeing if I'd make it through without being sick again but all seems to be ok at this stage. I've got meds from the nurse to have anyway so it should be all good. Definitely had enough of this torture of a tattooing. Banging this out in 2 sessions thus far is not normal

It's a very common occurrence here due to differences in food and bacteria. Nothing worse than having diarrhoea though. Especially when my tattoo ventured into the bum area 😂

Last day of tattooing today and then 2 days of rest before I can come home to my partner

The problem is, if you're that sick or not, going to let you back on the plane to come home, So you got to kind of Be Clever and keep it from them.
 
Next time, take some activated charcoal.

Always take it with you when you travel.

The shop I go to is world renowned with some of the best artists. Studio is fully sponsored by the top brands of the world. Luxury ink if anyone feels like looking them up.

It's a very common question I get about the fact of third world country
The problem is, if you're that sick or not, going to let you back on the plane to come home, So you got to kind of Be Clever and keep it from them.
This is a huge fear of mine haha. It is Thursday 10am here. I fly out 10pm Saturday so I'd like to believe I'll be better by then

Yes, the charcoal will go a long way at calming down your stomach. Works Good for both diarrhea and nausea.
Charcoal is what I used last time and I remember it worked quite well

My entire back and bum cheeks cost $4,300 AUD $600 for flights $200 for accommodation plus $1,000 for daily expenses for the 6 days so $6,100 in total which still comes in cheaper than getting done at home. And the quality is what I'm very happy with. Not to mention it's done in 3 days. Not over the course of a year

I'm home. Today is being spent with catching up on sleep and quality time with my partner.

Tomorrow I will step into my standard health phase as a little ride out for the week.

My meals also the same which I will post in tomorrow as a small refresher. My new plan however will be provided to me within 48-72 hours. Full revamp. Nutrition, peds, training

This will come into affect the following week at this stage I will create a new log as we are hoping this will be begging of prep to do my very first show. No expectations. Just want to have fun and push my body into new achievements but always making sure my health comes first and I have as much fun as possible during the process.

1 set of 60kg x 8 (slow movement focus on squeeze)

Cable rope rear delt face pulls
3 sets of 37.5kg x 20
3 sets of 45kg x 15
2 sets of 55kg x 10

DB front delt hammer raise
3 sets of 12.5kg x 15 per side

Note - being violently sick in Bali stripped me down in weight quite drastically. I had hit a very comfy 97kg on my health phase feeling and looking full. I am currently sitting at 91.02kg this morning fasted. I'm undecided how I feel about it. The workout was good. Pump was reasonable.

Keen to see how things go when I moved into this round next week

3 sets - 45kg x 16 squeeze focus

EZ bar curls

Cardio can absolutely increase. I'm just being lazy bro. Today is Thursday. On Monday I'll be kicking into gear and everything will be very specific and in check

I'm already back in Aus my man. Got home home end of last week.

My new blast begins Monday is more what I'm referring to so I'm just getting myself mentally prepared and to begin busting my ass haha.

Will begin a new log or maybe can get the name of this log edited would be more ideal but cross that bridge in a few days

3iu gh pre bed
300mg test e weekly
400mg Primo weekly
20mg Anavar preworkout

This will be the starting point. There will be a few extras which come into play also but I'll let my coach confirm that first.

Starting carb cycling with 4 normal days 2 high carb days 1 low day. Will elaborate more as everything begins

Alt Reverse lunges
3 sets of 20

Seated calves
2 Sets 30kg x 20
2 sets 40kg x 16

A Safe play for this session while I ease back in there. Onset of cramps coming through towards end of workout. Had fun. No real issues which is great.

New plans to come through tonight ready for tomorrow.

Attack plan is
5 low carb days mon-fri
2 high days sat-sun

Quick and aggressive cut for 4wks. Move into a building phase from there if everything is where my coach wants it
