I THINK IT'S SETTLED!! HOOTERS GIRL IT IS! I have two friends that are joining me ... It was a toss-up between Charlies Angels and Hooters ... As long as we can find the outfits, we are good to go. Thanks y'all! :)

my friends and I a long time ago went as the spice girls. I can't remember which spice girl I was, I just introduced myself as sluty spice cause that is what I looked like LOL.

I almost want to say ... don't get me started on this subject, but we are definitely on the same page here, CK. I was the oldest of three raised by a single mother, so from a young age I had a very good understanding of what it was like to be in that situation. It's tough, but there are people out there who do it - and do it well, and don't complain, don't want to be labeled, etc etc.

I love sluty spice too !!! but this is my first halloween with boobs. I love the idea of a hooters girl, just have to find the right 'costume' or 'uniform' ... Let me know if you stumble across any websites or anything!

FRIDAY OCT 6 ~

M1 ~ 30g whey shake with coffee ice cubes, skim milk, H20
M2 ~ 350 calorie detour protein bar, small apple
M3 ~ 4 pieces sushi (almost one whole roll, i guess?)
M4 ~ Dinner with my Alabama buddies before they leave to go back home :(

**Sipping on 16 oz GATORADE RAIN throughout the day. Current water tally @ one 1-L bottle**
**LEGS TONIGHT**NO CARDIO**


To do this weekend- Hit Sam's Club- grocery shop for me because today's food ^^^^^ is kinda indicative of what's in (or not in) my fridge and pantry
Dollar store- for disposable/throw-away platters and dishes and other stuff for Sunday's tattoo party.
Green Jackets vs. Saints game on Saturday night
Send/bring flowers to mom (she is in surgery right now)
Clean (ugggh) ~ vacuum and dust and scrub-a-dub-dub the tub
Decided on a Halloween customer & order it. Hooters websites, here I come!!

20 mins treadmill (4 min @ 3 MPH/15 incline, 1 min @ 4 MPH/4 incline) and 22 mins elliptical (interval program). Burned 386 calories based on machine's default settings. HR Range 150-160s.

Shake ~ 7:30 AM
30 g whey shake w/water, coffee w/sugar free hazelnut creamer & splenda

Breakfast ~ 9:45 AM
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, medium apple, splenda, cinnamon, hot tea

Lunch~ 1:00 PM
Leftover 'goulash' in ww wrap, water

Snack~ 4:30 PM
4 oz turkey breast, water

Workout 5:30 PM
Legs, calves, abs

Dinner~ 7:30 PM
Two Boca burgers @ 100 cals each cooked with salsa, one in a ww wrap, broccoli with parm. Cheese, diet lipton tea

Guessing this will bring me to 1300 or 1400 calories, with some anpb or another whey shake before bed if I'm hungry for it.

1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, medium apple, splenda, cinnamon
6 oz chix breast, broccoli with parm. Cheese
raw veggies - broccoli, carrots, celery w/ ff ranch, 7 ww triscuits (one serving)
ground beef, hot peppers, red & green peppers, canned diced tomatos, rice …. Goulash-ish stuff, I guess?

Workout was:
WARM UP: 20 min bike on cardio program. HR Range in 140s and 150s. Burned 160ish calories based on machines default settings.
Shoulder press- 17.5 lb x 16, 20 lb x 14, 25 lb x 8 (last set left me sore today)
Overhead tricep- 8 lb x 12, each arm, 10 lb x 20 using both arms
Tricep kickback- 10 lb x 14, 10 lb x 16 (each arm)
Lateral 5-count raise (to front and sides)
5 lb x 8, 8 lb x 5, 8 lb x 5
Tricep cables, dropsets = 60lb x 12 down to 40lb x 12, down to 30lb x 12
set two was 60lb x 10 - down to 50lb x 10 - down to 30lb x 12
Standing upright shoulder row into standing press w/barbell- 20 lb x 16 rows, straight into 6 overhead press. 20 lb x 14 upright rows into 8 overhead press. Final set was 30 lb x 16 upright rows.

ABS - 2 sets crunches x 30, 2 sets oblique crunches x 30, 2 sets of bicycles for 60 seconds.

MORE CARDIO- 30 min elliptical on cardio program, HR RANGE 150-160s. Burned 310 calories based on machines default settings.

CARDIO: Thanks for noticing ... I am trying to lean out more ... It will come w/diet and cardio. I pushed it too hard yesterday w/the shoulder workout and my right breast is noticeably swollen today; kinda funny!!! But kinda serious at the same time. I will stick with cardio & legs for the rest of the week to give it a rest I think?

TATTOOS: Six people got tattooed - It was an all day thing (11AM-8PM) with good company, good food... I go to start mine THIS sunday.

MOM: Thanks for mentioning her. She is doing great! She is putting weight on it today and can drive after she gets her stitches checked out on Thursday. She went to Home Depot today to purchase stain so she can stain the deck next week while she is out of work ... unbelievable, right?

So what kind of tatoo are you getting?
You taking any anti inflammatories and icing the swollen area?

Hi girl! :wavey:

My mom had knee surgery ... Her second (and last before they do a replacement). She is doing so well and boredom seems to be causing her more pain the her knee does.

Taking advil and used the good ol' frozen peas to ice my boob last night!! I will again tonight .... And call the doc if it still doesn't look or feel right in a few days. Probably need someone to massage it or something... lol. :verygood:

Cardio .... No way. You can do your own!!! It's rough, but I'm not bored to tears w/it yet. I'm trying to keep it interesting and I have good music on my iPod. And it's going to pay off, I know it. :D

Did you catch the Ortiz-Shamrock fight last night??? He plugged my company after the win.... "American Home Mortgage" .... Wasn't expecting that, but loved the shout-out ...... Thank you very much! It was like he was talking to ME, lol...... Jenna should be worried (did they show her enough or what?) cause she's got competition now .... I LOVE TITO :D :heart:

Anyway, totally forced my salad and boca burgers on those who came over to watch the fight last night.... I had that, tortillas and salsa, Mic Light and Diet Soda. Everyone was complaining at my lack of 'good' snacks.

Leg workout rocked, but I don't have my bag/book @ work w/me today to post up the details.....
