20 mins treadmill (4 min @ 3 MPH/15 incline, 1 min @ 4 MPH/4 incline) and 22 mins elliptical (interval program). Burned 386 calories based on machine's default settings. HR Range 150-160s.
Shake ~ 7:30 AM
30 g whey shake w/water, coffee w/sugar free hazelnut creamer & splenda
Breakfast ~ 9:45 AM
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, medium apple, splenda, cinnamon, hot tea
Lunch~ 1:00 PM
Leftover 'goulash' in ww wrap, water
Snack~ 4:30 PM
4 oz turkey breast, water

Two Boca burgers @ 100 cals each cooked with salsa, one in a ww wrap, broccoli with parm. Cheese, diet lipton tea
Guessing this will bring me to 1300 or 1400 calories, with some anpb or another whey shake before bed if I'm hungry for it.

Workout was:
WARM UP: 20 min bike on cardio program. HR Range in 140s and 150s. Burned 160ish calories based on machines default settings.
Shoulder press- 17.5 lb x 16, 20 lb x 14, 25 lb x 8 (last set left me sore today)
Overhead tricep- 8 lb x 12, each arm, 10 lb x 20 using both arms
Tricep kickback- 10 lb x 14, 10 lb x 16 (each arm)
Lateral 5-count raise (to front and sides)
5 lb x 8, 8 lb x 5, 8 lb x 5
Tricep cables, dropsets = 60lb x 12 down to 40lb x 12, down to 30lb x 12
set two was 60lb x 10 - down to 50lb x 10 - down to 30lb x 12
Standing upright shoulder row into standing press w/barbell- 20 lb x 16 rows, straight into 6 overhead press. 20 lb x 14 upright rows into 8 overhead press. Final set was 30 lb x 16 upright rows.
ABS - 2 sets crunches x 30, 2 sets oblique crunches x 30, 2 sets of bicycles for 60 seconds.
MORE CARDIO- 30 min elliptical on cardio program, HR RANGE 150-160s. Burned 310 calories based on machines default settings.
