There are two conditions though - One is can't be visible at work or on my wedding day/in my wedding dress and Two - It can't be like anything anyone else has (this one is custom).

So... I am thinking of either going up my sides/rib cage from my waist to under my breast (on one has this!!) ... or going down each leg/outer thigh from my lower back/butt. Thoughts and feedback please!!

WED OCT 4 ~~ LOVELY DAY :(
WORK-ATTENDED A WAKE-WORKOUT-BED


M1 ~ whey shake made with skim
M2 ~ half cup cottage cheese with small diced apple, cinnamon & splenda
M3 ~ 4 oz turkey w/lettuce and tomato in ezekiel wrap. this tasted really dry!!
M4 ~ 2 oz chicken breast with rice crackers, 12 chocolate covered almonds
M5 ~ homemade sausage and peppers w/lite italian dressing on a wheat free roll which after I bought realized it was more like a biscuit that I would eat as part of an egg sandwich, but not horrible. I brought leftovers for work today.

WORKOUT

I went really late so there was no one there to spot me. The trainers were all in a staff meeting and there were literally two other people in the gym working out. I didn't know either of them so I did squats on the smith machine.... calves.... abs.... finished with 15 mins on the elliptical (it's been awhile and my hr was up there in the 160s!) and 30 minutes on the treadmill (intervals).

Squats-
Warmup with Bar + 20 lbs x 16
Bar + 50 lbs x 16
Bar + 70 lbs x 14
Bar + 70 lbs x 14
Bar + 90 lbs x 12
Bar + 90 lbs x 13

I alternated the squats with lots of stretching and calves on plate loaded machine and on the stairs (using body weight).
 
CK - This is something I found that I like. I love orchids - I am the orchid lady w/quite a few in my house now.... I'd like to just do one big @$$ orchid starting on my hip/butt and coming up to finish under my breast. Probably two flowers along the way...

Roonytunes/Bunny - It's Halloween - It's a costume - AND IT'S ABOUT BEING SOMETHING YOU'RE NOT!!! That's part of why I want the tattoo. I am fairly conservative at work, I present myself well and will even throw the word classy out there ... but bang ... but me in a bikini or in sweats and a sports bra ... would probably never expect me to have such a large tattoo. It's hot ... so go with the dang ref with the '69' girl!! Def. not going the school girl route ... overdone and just not my style. A sexy bunny though.... a playboy bunny .... hmmmmm..... :)

T - I was afraid to open that other link from your log at work ... saw it when I got home late last night though. I would love to support my team <go longhorns!!> but a cheerleader may be just as overdone as the school girl. Maybe I can get someone to be 'my' football player and then I can go with the referee costume like Roony!! :)

gluten/wheat free baking mix
two eggs
1/2 cup no sugar added apple sauce (in place of oil or butter)
1/2 cup skim milk
some apple pie spice, cinnamon, splenda baking mix, vanilla extract

Two Zone Perfect Apple Cinnamon protein bars - One mixed into batter, one sprinkled on top during last 15 minutes of baking as my 'crumb' topping.

Baked for around 30 mins ... very moist & great w/coffee!
Hmmm SBT and I may have to try this one, Sounds yummy!!!!
So what's the costume? I was thinking about going as a weight lifter, throw my gym clothes on.. HA HA HA Totally kidding.... I would have said figure competitor but I don't think the suit will fit me right now!! ;)

I guess I need to decide on something soon. it's been fun browsing but I know Halloween will be here before I know it. A weight lifter is a cute idea too. I am going to wear jeans to work and say I'm 'on vacation' for 'Halloween' ....

as a side note to all of this, I did buy a pair of gray shorts the last time I ate at hooters... they have the logo on the front and 'tight end' written across the butt, lol.

AN EMPLOYEE OF MINE WENT TO **MY BOSS** AND TOLD HIM THAT I AM 'OUT TO GET HER' BECAUSE I WROTE HER UP FOR EXCESSIVE ABSENSES AND TARDINESS. APPARENTLY I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE A YOUNG SINGLE MOTHER (NO $H*T) ... BUT THERE ARE PLENTLY OF OTHER YOUNG SINGLE MOMS THAT WORK FOR ME THAT GET TO WORK ON TIME. ARRGH.

I think this is a PERFECT costume idea for you. A few years ago, I remember a bunch of gals dressed up as Hooters girls as a group and they were FAR BY the most popular all night. They actually tied up their t-shirts at the back in a knot to show off their abs, and I gotta say they looked HAWT. Great opportunity to show off your tight bod all the way around ;)

I was a single mother for a long time and I made a point of being on time for work and other things because I didn't want to be labeled!

my friends and I a long time ago went as the spice girls. I can't remember which spice girl I was, I just introduced myself as sluty spice cause that is what I looked like LOL.
