I kept my bread frozen if I was working on one loaf, and then threw it in the fridge when I was working on. I don't buy the stuff any more though because it causes major digestive and stomach bloat with me. Took me awhile to figure that one out.

strange, don't people usually eat ezekial products when they have allergies to wheat/gluten? you would think it is the opposite almost?

Health and Diet:
Ban the buffet. Buffets can make you feel like you just have to have a little bit of the quiche, the roast beef, the pasta salad, the chicken, the crab legs, the cherries jubilee, the cornbread, the chocolate mousse, etc. Aside from the inevitable stomachache, "tasting" each is also overeating. Limit yourself to three items or get out of line. :p :chomp: :evil: :verygood:

Saturday, was bummed to find out the webcast of the Olympia was really crappy quality.

Yesterday, worked out in a potential new gym. Legs - squats, lunges, leg extensions, great hamstring machine that really isolated. Also liked their plate loaded sitting calf machine, as my current gym does not have a 'normal' one... Had the most amazing calzone with cheeses, portabella mushrooms, garlic, sun dried tomatos, basil.....
 
M1 ~ .5 cup cheerios, .5 cup fiber one, .5 cup skim
M2 ~ coffee w/splenda & vanilla muscle milk, 4 hard boiled egg whites, xsmall apple

**CURRENT WATER TALLY** One 1-Liter bottle

M3 ~ 4 oz chicken breast, 1 cup mixed veggies, 10 rice crackers (@ 60 calories), hot green tea
M4 ~ 4 oz chicken breast, 1 cup mixed veggies

**WORKOUT**ARMS & ABS**

M5 ~ Homemade 'chinese' with 5-8 oz ground sirolin with 1/3 to 1/2 brown rice & broccoli, water chestnuts, soy sauce
M6 ~ Edys all natural no sugar added frozen fruit pop (@ 30 calories)

You would think, but it was also tested on the other 2 girls' dieting down for a show and they both realized the same thing :whatever:

I'm gonna eat the other half and get my butt to the gym. I hope to hit the stadium after for cardio... walking the track and hitting the stairs. I got a new sports bra from gap body over the weekend that rocks ... the stairs will be the test!!
