4 or 5 PM ~ apple or 100 calorie bag of popcorn
6 PM ~ sprints and stairs
7 or 8 PM ~ turkey cutlet with home-made salsa, brown rice
9 or 10 PM ~ Sugar free ice pops (15 cals each)
