What nice scenery, thats the first thing to catch my eye and of course the crystal blue waters.....and was that a bikini you were wearing? lol

I haven't had the boob-surgery myself, so I'm looking forward to hearing your experience.....My lease is up on my Ford Explorer in a couple of months, so I'm thinking about what to get next.....

Day Five, FRIDAY

6:30 AM
Whey Shake with skim, 1/2 banana, ice

9:30 AM
Iced Coffee, 1/2 huge rye bagel with light veggie cream cheese
a few grapes and strawberries

2 PM
cup veggie soup

4:00 PM
apple
1/2 chicken sandwich

Working until 6-ish tonight.
Maybe happy hour (one glass of wine!)
Maybe dinner out
Maybe hitting the gym

MONDAY ~ HERE ALREADY!!

7:30 AM
30 gram whey shake with 1/2 banana, ice, splash vanilla extract, cinnamon

10:30 AM
Coffee
1/2 cup steel cut coats with 1 tblsp anbp (which i found at sam's club!)

1:30 PM
Salad greens, cukes, grape tomatoes, w/small can tuna
5 small strawberries

4:00 PM
baby carrots
3 hard boiled egg whites

Working until 5-ish tonight then hitting the gym & if I'm motivated enough, cardio at the stadium

Afternoon, y'all!

I have a stadium buddy, so will be hitting the gym for shoulders and triceps, then cardio outside - stairs and walking/jogging the track. My sister has a softball game, so I might check that out.

Dinner- 6 oz chix breast, 1/2 cup brown rice, broccoli, soy sauce

Hi Bunny!!! How are you? My workout last night on Monday was HOT but so GOOD! At the gym, I went with a little lighter, hitting 18-20 reps with only 60 second rests in-between sets. Triceps are sore today.

The stadium was also good. It is used for high school sports, and the Empire Games and semi-pro football. There was a field hockey game going on when I got there. Since the inside track was closed, we ran on the outside (1/2 mile track) for two miles. Then I did stairs - all different kinds including hopping from bleacher to bleacher - all the way up the stands. Tough stuff, but so good! Then I walked one more mile before I went home.

I also had my final consultation (pre-surgery) yesterday morning. Woot! :p
