1/2 cup steel cut coats with 1 tblsp anbp (which i found at sam's club!)
1:30 PM
Salad greens, cukes, grape tomatoes, w/small can tuna
5 small strawberries
4:00 PM
baby carrots
3 hard boiled egg whites
Working until 5-ish tonight then hitting the gym & if I'm motivated enough, cardio at the stadium
