wow, thank you!! my legs (from monday) are still sore!! this is a good thing, but i may have pushed it yesterday. I ran about 2-2.5 miles in the morning. Then had another crazy day at work so after work I went to the gym, shoulders and triceps. Then I couldn't sit at home and think about how depressing work is so I went to the stadium to run more and do stairs. I FOUND A NEW RUNNING PARTNER!! Girlfriend of a friend, she's 6'1 college basketball player and just an awesome girl. So, about 5.5 total miles yesterday. Still need to stretch my calves out.
Strategic 'business planning' with the boss today from 5 PM to 6:30 PM - that's right - afterhours. Ek.
