7AM, whey shake with unsweetened soy milk and blueberries and ice
10AM, cheerios and ezekial cereal mixed togetherwith unsweetened soy milk, coffee, and about three bites of stale coffee cake
2PM, small chilli and a side salad from wendys
5 or 6PM, baby carrots and 4 oz low sodium turkey
9 PM, dinner somewhere.........
weekend!! lots of swimming and jetskiing and maybe hiking. and football tomorrow night - woot!
