Someone Please Tell Me My Friend Is Wrong

Ok, so what about when you're cutting? When I cut I only do 30% carbs which means I don't think I can have a lot with my PWO shake and again too many with my post and pre workout meal.

My PWO shake has 45g total carbs BTW which is 1/3 about of my daily intake.

I have exp. with every single method...........give or take

The ultimate for me has been 75 g of carbs in meal 1, 100g of carbs in pw shake, 75 meal in pw meal

all rest are pro,fat meals...........very simple.....and no dextrose, but just my theory.

When I am dieting for a contest, my pwo shake is the last thing I mess with. As you lower bodyweight(lose bodyfat), needless to say, your "requirements" naturally decrease also. Just common sense here.
