I would not to go above 3200 call a day

for training routine I feel fresh and focus then last one less stress and feel stronger

@TariqMMA good update on the diet and training but you didnt move carbs down?

^^^A tool I find extremely useful for martial arts durability is the Iron Neck. The price is high for this piece of equipment but I wish I had it while I was competing.

The wonders it does for your ability to take strikes is priceless. For the ground game, it will help from getting your necked cranked. It also actives the core in a way I've never been able to achieve.

On a side note, less is more here. I would be cutting all the dosages (since its too late to delay starting) and get the BF down to a more manageable level. You're only increasing the negative side effects.

The diet you laid out looks very clean. Be careful not to be too restrictive in effort to lose the weight fast... this may backfire and result in sloppy cheat days/weeks.

How's your digestion? I find live fermented foods keep my gut microbiome optimal. I prefer kombucha everyday but there are plenty of options.

2 days judo class a weeks
2 days wrestling class a weeks
2 days KICKBOXING class

wighet training
3 x a weeks (pull push leg)

i started to add body wighet circut before lifting for 10 min

my weight is getting up
105 kg
tall 170
i dont know what went wrong??

started a hgh 4 iu a day
Aromasin 12.5 mg eod ( have high estrogen levels)

my diet is same
got some pic example

... PROBLEM..
im very weak and slow amd out of breath in grappling wrestling is ther a guidline to achive very high strenght and explosive? in boxing KICKBOXING i have no issue in terms of stamina but when get i to clinch and grappling wrestling im getting weak and gas out


is there any advise to be well rounded in those issue?

i will be eating this from today
oats soup _Chicken breast _ diet soda

oats _milk _ protien powder _ peanut butter

200 g Chicken _ air fry french fries 150 g
diet soda

200 g Chicken _ 200 g rice _ green soup
low fat yougrit_ fruit

i forget to mention
im on antiboitic for 3 months will be on for the next 3 months also Doxycycline 100 mg Ed
for my acne

my wighet was 99 kg and i started to drinking 4 liter of water a day
6 days later my wighet went to 105 kg
pee all the time but still got wighet
 
some guys naturally strong even if they're smaller than you
