^^^A tool I find extremely useful for martial arts durability is the Iron Neck. The price is high for this piece of equipment but I wish I had it while I was competing.

The wonders it does for your ability to take strikes is priceless. For the ground game, it will help from getting your necked cranked. It also actives the core in a way I've never been able to achieve.

On a side note, less is more here. I would be cutting all the dosages (since its too late to delay starting) and get the BF down to a more manageable level. You're only increasing the negative side effects.

day 1 _ wrestling 3pm _ weight training 10 pm
day 2 _ wrestling 3pm _ cardio 30 min 10 pm
day 3 _ wrestling 3pm _weight training 10 pm
day 4 _ kickboxing 3 pm _ cardio 30 min 10 pm
day 5 _ wrestling 3pm _ weight training 10 pm

before bed time flexbilty work

diet went very bad this week
I cheated a lot but would fix it
in a balance micro ratio
40 % 40 % 20 %
I would not to go above 3200 call a day

for training routine I feel fresh and focus then last one less stress and feel stronger
the one before i feel like my imune system goes down

The diet you laid out looks very clean. Be careful not to be too restrictive in effort to lose the weight fast... this may backfire and result in sloppy cheat days/weeks.

How's your digestion? I find live fermented foods keep my gut microbiome optimal. I prefer kombucha everyday but there are plenty of options.
