day 1 _ wrestling 3pm _ weight training 10 pm
day 2 _ wrestling 3pm _ cardio 30 min 10 pm
day 3 _ wrestling 3pm _weight training 10 pm
day 4 _ kickboxing 3 pm _ cardio 30 min 10 pm
day 5 _ wrestling 3pm _ weight training 10 pm
day 6 _ kickboxing 3 pm _ cardio 30 min

diet went very bad this week
I cheated a lot but would fix it
in a balance micro ratio
40 % 40 % 20 %
I would not to go above 3200 call a day
for training routine I feel fresh and focus then last one less stress and feel stronger
the one before i feel like my imune system goes down
