updating my diet and supplements
meal 1 _ 100 g malt oat mix _cup of whole milk _ dates 3
meal 2 _ 200 g shrimps _ lettece _ diet soda
meal 3 _ 1 scoopy whey protein _ whole milk 1 cup
meal 4 _ 200 g chicken breast _ noodles
meal 5 _protien shake
craving lots of sweets and fatty foods but feeling ok
droped 2 kilos this week
supplement
omega 3 _ multi vitamin _ heomoglobin supplement
also started to cut down my lexapro dose from 10 mg to 5 mg per day
feeling little anxiety ( I may not be able to stick with 5 mg a day)

maybe glucosamine
my joints hurts and there is snaps and cracks in my shoulders
my workout for now is
20 min walking only
I tried to showdow box and heavy bag I noteced lost lots of endurance
cant go to the gym this month as my doctor suggested
walking is the only thing i can do for now
