Ran out of Whey...what can I use???

I used the last of my Whey protein yesterday, so I now have nothing to take post workout. I wont be gettin paid for a few more weeks so I'm gonna have to make something for post workout. Is there anything around the house that I can use? I have powdered milk, eggs, Jiffy, cottage cheese....any of this I can use immediately post workout until I can get home and have my chicken dinner?

I think casein and soy protein powder would be better than real food if you want a quick absorption post workout

Will it hurt me not to have the eggs refridgerated for a few hours while I'm at the gym?? Or should I pack them in a cooler w/ some ice packs?
