Nice! Im trying to get those 3 plates for bench, would be good to have that before starting a cycle. What accessory work did you do for bench then besides the 5x5? and how long did it take you to get from 275-315?
it took about 10 weeks, with thr first 4 beasically a deload since it doesnt have you hit your current PR till week 4.
All i did was dips and bb curls on fridays, and sometimes i would do shoulders on tuesday instead of on wednesday because 3 days is not enough lifting for me lol
