P.S. I am not on any gear at the mo just creatine and shitloads of crabs and protein

BigJay is correct but I will add that changing your routine every 8-10 weeks is a great way to see what works best for you.

Are you having any over-training symptoms?

I like to group all the 'push' exercises together and then do 'pull' exercises on a different day. I've been doing this since I suffered from overtraining about a year ago.

It looks like you do push and pulls on Mon, Wed and Fri.... so you are doing the same motion 3 x week.

Here's what I like to do.... but I try and change it up every couple of months:

d-1 Chest,tris,shoulders
d-2 legs
d-3 bis, back
d-4 rest

repeat

A GENERAL RULE OF THUMB(EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT BTW) IS TO GIVE 72 HRS OF REST TO EACH BODYPART.

HOWEVER I HAVE NOTICED THAT CALVES AND FOREARMS GROW EXEPTIONALLY WELL WHEN TRAINED MORE OFTEN.
