I lift 3 days a week (3 sets - 6-8 reps). I work on my legs the day I carb-up
Tuesday - Chest/shoulders/tris
Thursday (Carb-up) - Legs & abs
Saturday - Back & bi.
Cardio 2-3 days a week.
That's it.
