Seems to me like it is. Correct me if I am wrong but see if I am right...No matter what your training style might be, HST, HIT, 5x5, etc, as long as your diet is under maintainence levels, wouldnt one lose weight and eventually become "cut"? So basically you could train the same year round and depending on your goal, bulking or cutting, is all about cals being over or under your requirements. Granted your eating the right foods etc. What do you guys think?
