I hate bad weeks

AHHH, I hate bad days enough, let alone bad weeks. This whole week has been pretty below average for me and nothing else in the world gets to me as much as bad lifting days! I graduated Highschool today which was sweet, but instead of being happy im all pissy now lol! Ok, had to get that off my chest, ;)
 
That sucks, I have a few bad months at times, Sh!t happens.

Maybe you are overtrained and need a break? Sometimes a week of no weight training and just oplain old calesthetics is what you need to renenergize your workouts and motivate yourself.
 
I'm having a very bad week myself. I am very limited to what I can do in the gym because I pulled my chest BAD. I couldn't do my full shoulder/tricep workout today because of it. It seems whenver my chest makes the smallest contraction It is the most excrutiating pain ever. It better heal quick because my chest is my most lagging part and needs work!!
 
Next week im going to be so upset im just going to have that much more adrendline though I guess. If I were my plates... I would be scared ;)
 
Maybe your overtrained. The guy who mentioned a week off might not be a bad idea. No matter how pissed your gonna be if your overtrained your bout to get even more pissed cause it'll just be worse.
 
AH its a possibility but, I will see next week. If I have 1 more bad day then, I guess its time for a week off. I sure hope thats not the problem though.
