Whenever I work hard for a few weeks I start to get sick. I usually hit it 5 days a week. 2 days upper 2 days lower and one day running. I'm getting plenty of sleep and sometimes even nap during the day. Drink fruit juice at every meal. And a apple or so atleast every other day.
This always happens to me. Starts with a nazzle drip/running rose, then soar throat and sore muscles.
Anyone else get sick like this from working out?
