From Zero to Hero? Tren / Test / Dbol Cycle Log.

Alright I can't help with the cycle or pct cuz I have no experience with tren, and tren from what I understand is a whole other ball game!
But maybe I can help you with a diet.
I'll give you an example just so you can get your head around what your diet should look like. I'm not going to give you exact macros you need to learn that shit yourself, this is just an example.
6 meals a day.
Meal 1,7am
4-5 Whole eggs
1 cup oats
1 large banana

Meal 2, 9am
6-8 Ounces chicken breast
7 ounces steamed brown rice
1 cup cut broccoli
1 fruit
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

Meal 3,12noon
6 ounce steak
7 ounces Steamed brown rice
1 cup cut broccoli
1 fruit
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

Meal 4, 2pm
2 cans tuna
7 ounces steamed brown rice
1 cup cut broccoli
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

Meal 5, 5pm
8 ounces fish (tilapia is good and cheap)
7 ounces brown rice
1 cups cut broccoli
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

Meal 6, 7pm
6-8 Ounces chicken breast
2 cups cut broccoli

Like I said these macros are not exact This is just an example for you.
You need to research and learn...
PROTEIN,
LOW G.I. CARBOHYDRATES
HEALTHY FATS.
Diet is by far the most important part of this thing!!!!!
Diet is what turns a man into a monster, you'll never do it without a proper diet.

Great post. Id like to add that after you get used to this diet, I would DOUBLE the meat intake. Yes, that's right, double. Tren is so damn powerful that the more you eat, the more muscle you'll pack on. Again dude, if I were you id really try to get caber, prami, or bromo so you don't start lactating!
yes Tren is a scary hormone and you have to respect it. Keep a close eye on your personality as well. Best regards.

Whys that? ^^

I'm now up. 6am an about to go to the gym. It's day 4 of cycle. Will weigh in tonight after cycle. Also expect a before gym and current photo.

Side effects are fine so far. Just mega achy for a few days after pin. And sleeping is hard.

Startin my diet advice from you guys today. Massive thanks for that. Will update in a few hours :)
 
pretty sure RADAR means Nolvadex. Im not sure why, but Ive been hearing not to use it on a tren cycle. Im sure He, or someone else with experience with tren will let you know. But I would def listen to radar.....dudes a vet

and nice bro. cant wait for the pics. remember to eat and eat and eat man, your body is a furnace right now, you need ALOT of calories.
