I'll give you an example just so you can get your head around what your diet should look like. I'm not going to give you exact macros you need to learn that shit yourself, this is just an example.
6 meals a day.
Meal 1,7am
4-5 Whole eggs
1 cup oats
1 large banana
Meal 2, 9am
6-8 Ounces chicken breast
7 ounces steamed brown rice
1 cup cut broccoli
1 fruit
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
Meal 3,12noon
6 ounce steak
7 ounces Steamed brown rice
1 cup cut broccoli
1 fruit
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
Meal 4, 2pm
2 cans tuna
7 ounces steamed brown rice
1 cup cut broccoli
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
Meal 5, 5pm
8 ounces fish (tilapia is good and cheap)
7 ounces brown rice
1 cups cut broccoli
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
Meal 6, 7pm
6-8 Ounces chicken breast
2 cups cut broccoli
