your diet seriously needs some work man. Especially at your weight, your really shouldnt be too strict. Just eat everything and as much as you can. you should almost be uncomfortable because your eating too much. I would just try to keep the sodium fairly low for blood pressure.

I would try to get about 8 ounces of meat, usually chicken breast or tenders, and about a cup of rice each meal. Thats like a min man at least 4 times a day. you need to have more solid food, chicken and rice, chicken and rice and some more chicken and rice. drop the 1pm meal man, thats the funniest meal ive ever heard. lol throw some red meat a couple times a week in there
