your diet seriously needs some work man. Especially at your weight, your really shouldnt be too strict. Just eat everything and as much as you can. you should almost be uncomfortable because your eating too much. I would just try to keep the sodium fairly low for blood pressure.

Ready salted crisps? lmao wtf? Bacon sandwiches and Sausage rolls?? wtf LMAO

I would try to get about 8 ounces of meat, usually chicken breast or tenders, and about a cup of rice each meal. Thats like a min man at least 4 times a day. you need to have more solid food, chicken and rice, chicken and rice and some more chicken and rice. drop the 1pm meal man, thats the funniest meal ive ever heard. lol throw some red meat a couple times a week in there

Ok i'm gonna go shopping tonight and load up. Incase i'm low on meat or money what can i substitute it for on occasion?

myself or others on here can help you with setting up a good pct. since it sounds like you have no intention on stopping the cycle.

and ya im sure gymnastics are tough. Not trying to take anything away from you. But its a totally different stimulus. and you would be making INCREDIBLE gains right now without juice....IF you were training right and hard, and eating alot.

dont get me wrong. Im here to help.....it just really gets to me when I see these kinds of things. You have SO SO SO much room to grow, its like you have no confidence in yourself. I feel like I have more confidence in you right now than you probably do yourself. Let me know if I can help, I dont want you to mess up your body more than you will already. Nothing to do now but make sure he has good on cycle support, a gold pct and a enough food to feed an army!
I don't have any personal experience with tren, just curious to see how this is going to turn out...

So Id at least like him to make the most of it. Hopefully he will soak up all the info he can while on cycle so when he comes off he wont shrink back to 172....which im sorry to say is most likely going to happen...but im trying to stay optimistic....its just so hard....lmao

and Bruvster, yes THAT much meat. maybe not at first because your so light, but remember the more weight you gain, the more you need to eat to keep gaining. Work your way into eating a good meal every 3 hours.

not much, protein powder i guess. but remember solid food is most important. its not cheap to eat how you should man.......thats my biggest obstacle. affording all the food

Should i need anything other than Novladex and Aromasic on hand? Can't get Cabergoline easily in UK or not from my sources :(

I know Dieting quite well, but I honestly didn't think my diet was that bad. I'll take it fully on board with all advice though. My main worry is keeping my gains.
