From Zero to Hero? Tren / Test / Dbol Cycle Log.

Im sure by now you realize you screwed up. You like many beginers look for the easy road to the top. I am sorry to break it to you but juice is only a small part of the equation. Thats why people advocate having years of hardcore training under your belt minimum 5. You will see results but they wont be what your expecting. The point im getting at is learn to train, eat, rest, and grow on your own first. Training isnt a sprint its a life long journey.

Sent from my DROID BIONIC using EliteFitness

Its not newbies fault or lazyness to blame.its Hollywood. The media in the bodybuilding world to blame..man I highly dout that the pro bbers hit there natty potential before they juiced..or movie stars etc..that's what gives new cats now days the erg to want the easy way out

dig deep, dig hard.whatever drives you to workout hold on to it with everything you got.keep the fire burning

Ok you jumped on the wagon a little early, your not the first and you certainly won't be the last.

I know right now these posts are going to be putting you on a downer but your already on so this is my advice....

I believe you are uk based so I guess your either using your local council gym or one of these high street virgin active/fitness first? If so get on the Internet and find out if there are any bodybuilders gyms in your area and start going there once a week at least and start talking to some serious bodybuilders and ask about how they train, exercises etc make friends there it will give you great motivation.
Get on YouTube and watch some videos of the big guys training their great for gym motivation
Just before I do legs I watch ronnie colemans leg workout vid to get me amped up.
Right now it's all about staying motivated and eating like a beast.
Don't let anything get you down bro go hard and go heavy
Squats twice a week Monday heavy squats Friday lighter squats eg. Split squats and leg press something like that.
The gym is your home now!

I look forward to seeing you progress throughout this log.

All the best man

ehhh I somewhat agree.

Ya media throws it in your face everywhere that you have to look a certain way. But If you are stupid enough to believe that these guys in hollywood "just juice" to look like that, or a yoked out dude walking down the street "just does steroids" than its your own damn fault when you ef your body up. People dont take the time to research nutrition, supplements, workout programs, they just wanna juice and think thats all it takes. I think that is LAZY LAZY LAZY.

and no, your right, I highly doubt pro bb'ers hit there natural potential to juice either. But how many do you think were 6 foot tall, weighed 172 pounds and jumped into a 800mg/test with some tren thrown in after 4 months of training? Probably none.

Well i've taken all this into account. Been flamed, trolled, pm'd and given countless amounts of advice, i wouldn't have even made it this far without the support of some really nice and knowledgeable people on these forums. So i'm taking advice and stopping the cycle. I will not be taking Anabolics for the next 2-3 months, come back with my progress. And maybe see where we should go.

Good decision bro.Thats very mature of you. Alot of people would just say F it and continue. But you will be glad you did in the long run man. And when you DO decide to cycle, you will REALLY benefit from it. You only pinned a few times, but I would still run a proper pct. But it looks like you have all that figured out man.

you still gonna continue with the log natural and post up pics? I think you should bro.....

Thanks man, yeh definitely will. I'll try edit it later.

As long as you guys are happy supporting still, I'll carry on with a natural log?

I'll cycle eventually, just when i'm ready, i'll keep everyone posted on AU NATURAL. If in 3Months Im sized up better and a good weight, then i'll seek advice for a decent cycle. But gonna start really taking it seriously and taking all advice i can.

Hopefully you guys will still follow and watch progression on the log :D
