First cycle help

Hello

I am getting ready for my first cycle, I am 23, 6' at 170lbs at about 12%bf, I aim to get 3500+cals in me every day at a 35/40/25 ratio and have been training for about 3 years.

I want a cycle that will allow me to put around 15lbs of muscle mass and loose some fat. I've done some research and what I've come up with so far is a 9 week cycle that would look like this:

wk 1: tbol 40mg/day + var 20mg/day to see my body's reaction
wk2: tbol 50mg + var 30mg
wk3: tbol: 60mg + var 30mg
wk4-6: var 30mg
wk7: tbol 50mg + var 30g
wk8-9: tbol 60mg+var 30mg

I am spliting the tbol as from what I understand it is effective for 4weeks only so instead of doing 6wk in a row I decided to do it like this, is this a smart thing or a waste in your opinion?

I was also thinking of adding oral primo at 50 and as I know it is not liver toxic it doesn't add to the damage to be expected from tbol and var but at a max of 90mg/day I guess it shouldn't be too bad. Do you think it is a good idea?

Throuout the whole thing I will be taking a bit of Milk Thisle (about 250-500 in my Animal Pak) and also Liv 52 probablly 6/day.

As for supplements I am now taking creatine, glutamine and obviously protein shakes. I am thinking of adding some Arginine and beta-Alanine, will these affect results ie increase them?

Who gave you that cycle? Others may disagree, but I think you would be better off using some test E or C w/ the var OR tbols.

ie:

wk. 1-10 Test E @ 500mg
wk. 1-4 Var
wk. 12-16 PCT

This is your 1st cycle right? Afraid of needles?

I don't see anything about PCT or A.i's

Perhaps some more research would be benificial...
 
Well, unfortunately I REEALLY don't like needles(yes I know I am a pussy) so I have to go with an all oral cycle. I know test would help A LOT but it isn't really an option for me. Sorry about the PCT forgot to post it, 3weeks:

wk 1: 40nolva 100clomid
wk2 20nolva 50clomid
wk3 20nolva 50clomid
 
I'm a little concerned. What does your current diet look like?

170lbs at 6" is light... you should be able to hit 185-190 natty quite easily.
 
Yes, unfortunately I know....I am a hard gainer :(......

My diet is something like this:

B1 immediately after I wake up: Whey Protein 25g + maybe a banana
B2: 3eggs, some lean bacon...over here it is called Jambon (I'm in europe) bowl of musli and some fruit.....banana/grapefruit, fat free yoghurt
L 8oz pork/beef/chicken and legumes
PW: a little carbs....fruit or oats and 1scoop whey
AW: 2scoops whey + some more carbs
D: mostly the same as lunch, maybe some pasta
late-night a tuna can in oil and maybe some cheese and a fat free yoghurt
before I go to sleep 1scoop casein 1 scoop whey

Most weight I had was 180 but at a rather high bf%
 
diet's no good bro, like they told you improve your diet and you'll hit 190 fast, and if you don't like needles you are better off without ass your liver will thank you.
 
Well, any tips on the diet? Also, I know this stuff hits your liver but at 6wk at 60-90mg/day and 3 at 30mg besides the fact that I don't drink, don't smoke, sleep 8-9hs/day and the orals involved are anavar and tbol which are liver toxic but some of the least toxic things out there I also had my liver checked a few weeks ago and I was in the green I also plan on getting some more blood tests wk 4 and post cycle. I know there are risks but I think after this cycle I would still have a better liver then someone who drinks or smokes 2packs a day.
 
true, but still i would definitely use test and var for a first cycle, most of us don't like needles at first but after a couple of weeks you won't mind and it's pretty much painless (at least glutes and delts) for diet i'll give you an example:
Breakfast: 2 whole eggs + 6 egg whites + a cup of oatmeal + a cup of veggies + fruit juice + some yogurt.
So next 5 meals mixup chicken, fish, red meat and tuna with potatoes or rice or pasta along with veggies and yogurt a protein shake after your workout and a multivitamin in the morning too.
Post your diet in the diet forum they help you get it straight.
