Drinking on the weekends

Yeah im gonna cut it out....atleast while im taking the NO2 and CE2.....as for the results with those, i have been taking them for 3 weeks, and the NO2 is doing exactly what it did for me when i was in the Marines and before i had my hernia......Its great and i absolutely love it, i have put on about 7 lbs in that 3 weeks give or take, and i feel like i can train harder when im at the gym......As for the CE2 i dont think i have been taking it long enough or the pills just arent getting it into my system as much as if i had of taken the powder...but i do feel a lil "harder" to the touch.

Is CE2 a form of creatine?

You don't need to quit drinking on the weekends. Just avoid a few pitfalls. Drink a hard liquor (Jack, Bacardi) with some diet coke. Theres next to no calories or sugar in that. If your going to drink beer, go for a light beer rather than something thick like Sam Adams or Sierra Nevada.

The problems with drinking (for me at least) come when you over do it and get completely hammered. This leads to several things:
1) You get drunk and start drinking anything in sight...thick beer, sugary mixed drinks etc.
2) You get wasted and at the end of the night your starving and the only place open is a Taco Bell or Wendys. Lets face it, brown rice and chicken don't sound too appealing at 2 a.m. when your drunk.
3) You wake up so hung-over that yo don't end up eating till late afternoon/early evening because you feel sick. When yo do finally muster up the courage to eat, it ends up being some greasy crap because, once again, healthy food is the last thing you want to touch when your drunk or hung over.

Just use some common sense and try not to over do it. If you do over do it, slam a shitload of water before you go to bed and pop a couple aspirins ahead of time. When you wake up in the morning, force yourself to choke down something, whether it be a few glasses of milk, a granola bar, anything.

This is very true for me as well. I am a binge drinker. I always say I will just have a couple of whiskey and diets.... and it comes down to me drinkin way to much unless I am driving. But if you are just going to a buddys house drink some light beer and dont worry about it. Drinking wont EVER be good for you but it doesnt have to be horrible. AND WATER IS KEY. Drinking svererly dehydrates your body.. and if you didnt know muscle is made up of mostly water. Thats the reason creatine works well. Like he said... use common sense. Im 19 and at times I jsut say fuck it and want the break. But then again im a fat ass.

alcohol = LOTS of nasty side effects diet-wise.

You could easily ruin a perfectly good diet/training week with a night out of binge-drinking. Not only is alcohol LOADED with cals (that is the cheating part) but it also imapairs your body ability to do anything else but trying to get rid of the alcohol (no fat burning while metabolizing alcohol)

Yeah......its a pill form of the Creatine Ethyl ester..........powder would have been a better choice

Well the CE2 is making you gain weight, not the NO2. The NO2 will make you more vascular and give you a nice little burst of energy but it won't help you gain that much weight (7 pounds in 3 weeks you said). The CE2 retains water so I'd credit that for the 7 pound gain.

How is your endurance during workouts? The CE2 should also help you train harder and longer as your muscle endurance should increase.

There was an awesome thread about drinking... actually more on the hangover side of it on here... can't seem to find it again, if I do and you're going to booze yourself retarded... this thread that I've read before will help a shitload!... i'll search for it some more and post back if I find it.

Personally speaking, no room in this game for booze....maybe a glass or two of wine a week, but getting smashed is back in the college days.
