Been Sick the last couple of days

I dont know if it was this damn heat or what but wed night I came down with a bad headache and i couldnt eat. By thursday I was nausious and the heat didnt help much either. I missed my leg day. I switched with chest day so Now I am close to 2 weeks off of doing legs. Im still not better 100% but I think if I take it easy i'll be fine.

So since tomorrow is my day off, would it be beneficial for me to do legs and Arms together. Im already behind on both days and combining them would keep me somewhat on track....Any thoughts?
 
I think if you're gonna take it easy, just to get back on track, go ahead and do legs and arms. Two weeks is not all that bad, but I wouldn't go much more than that.

You should consider giving it one more day as well. Lifting takes a great deal of energy that your body is using to fight off whatever you picked up.
 
You can't play "catch up" in this game you just have to keep going and do your next planned workout.
 
take a breather....

just relax and fight off whatever you got, no use in prolonging your sickness and not lifting for an even greater amount of time. Don't worry aboiut catching up it is only a short break and you'll be back in no time....
