Okay so i like the look of strong lifts 5x5 program.
My only concern is, is three days a week really enough even though im running tren, which halfs my recovery time.
At least id run it EOD or two day train one day off.
Or can i stick to SL5x5 workout and just train smaller muscles groups on the other days?
What do you heavy lifters do on cycle?
