All the gear will protect you pretty good, however injuries can always happen just depends what level of guys you play with.
 
Don’t usually workout on Saturdays but winter blues starts kicking in so figured I’d come for the mood boost and just did some stuff for aesthetic purposes

I skated as a kid until I was prob 10 or 11, then didn’t skate again until I was about 31,32. Been in the league now for 3 years. It’s a process lol

Started today with a little walk on the treadmill. 2 incline 3.5 speed for 10 mins to get the blood flowing. Then dynamic stretches & movements

Decent workout, could feel last nights skate in the legs a bit 😂. Have another skate tonight but it’s just a “beer” rental so it’s not game intense but can still get intense.
Some of those beer league players think they are back trying to make the NHL, lol.

Man it’s crazy how serious some of them get. Fighting. Cursing. Sooking hard. I like the competition but end of the day.. if we were any good we wouldn’t be paying to play lol
