Started today with a little walk on the treadmill. 2 incline 3.5 speed for 10 mins to get the blood flowing. Then dynamic stretches & movements

Decent workout, could feel last nights skate in the legs a bit 😂. Have another skate tonight but it’s just a “beer” rental so it’s not game intense but can still get intense.

Was pretty sore today. My workout plan changed yesterday and seems to be more explosive and massive burn. Today I just did some stretching and a cold plunge. My legs were pretty sore in bed last night to the point I finally caved and took some Tylenol, had terrible sleep
