Hey Fitness Freaks, just made my first account here so this is my first forum ever on a fitness site.
I'm 18 Y/O and i'm a former wrestler, kickboxer, and 2nd degree black belt in TKD. I'm currently going to compete in MMA this summer. I'm around 18% bodyfat on the stomach, 14% on my lower back, and 10% fat on my thigh area. I weigh 165lbs normally, and i'm looking to diet cause I want a 6pack haha, which i'm assuming would be around 8ish % bodyfat. Also i'll be competing in either 135 or 145. (bantamweight or featherweight)
What should I be eating such as Yogurt-Nuts for snacks, brown rice etc.
Also what kind of cardio exercises should I be doing outside of the gym?
Any estimates of how long would it take to get that low?
