- Cable biceps curl 80lbs 3x12
- Cable isolated tricep extensions (lateral head) 40lbs up 10lbs 3x12
- Extension 30lbs 3x15
- Flexion 30lbs 3x15
- DB Spider Curls (short head) 25lbs up 5lbs 3x12
- Cable tricep press down long rope (lateral head) 120lbs 2x14,15 up in reps drop set 90lbs 1x20
- Reverse curls 40lbs 3x15
- Deviation 40lbs 3x15
- Overhead straight bar tricep extensions 60lbs up 10lbs 2x15 drop set 40lbs 1x25
- DB Hammer curls alternating 25lbs 3x30
- Suppination/pronation 10lbs 3x15

Definitely can’t wait to start cutting. My abs are virtually gone and my chest is losing definition on the outter part
