I’m already consuming 300g of protein a day. The added protein bars pushed me there.

Today I did chest and abs. This week is going to suck because I can’t workout Christmas Day and I’ll be eating badly Christmas Eve and a Christmas Day. I’ll be sure to get enough protein not I’m def going to be going over calories those days.

  • Seated chest press 45lbs up 5lbs 4x12
  • Close grip bb bench press(lateral) 95lbs up 10lbs 4x12
  • Leaning forward chest flies upper chest 20lbs up 3lbs 4x12
  • Incline bench cable French press(long) 70lbs up 10lbs 4x12
  • Wide grip dips 30lbs up 5lbs 4x12
  • Overhead v-bar tricep extensions 80lbs up 10lbs 4x12
  • Isolated chest fly machine 65lbs up 5lbs 3x15
Abs
  • Cable rope crunches 100lbs 4x12
  • Cable upper ab crunches 60lbs 4x12
  • Hanging leg crunches 4x12
Post workout pics. Abs definitely look better but not sure if that’s cause I did abs today lol

merry Christmas! so I have 3 weeks left on my cycle. At that point I’ll have been running the gear for 3 months. Am I completely stopping at the 3 month mark or can I go in a little longer? I have some tren and tbol left over and my labs are fine.

The past 2 cheat days made for an AMAZING leg day today!

Did quads/glutes/calves
  • Bb squats 185lbs 4x12 up in reps
  • Pendulum squat 25lbs 4x12 up in reps
  • Incline calve presses 190lbs up 10lbs 4x12
  • Deficit Bulgarian split squats 3x12
  • Seated isolation leg extensions 25lbs up 5lbs 3x12
  • Adductor machine 135lbs 4x12
  • Smith machine calve raises 80lbs up 10lbs 4x12
  • Hip abduction machine (leaning forward) 150lbs 3x12 (leaned back) 100lbs 3x12
I wore joggers today so sadly no quad pump pics 😭😂

Treadmill 3.0 speed 10 mins

  • Cable biceps curl 80lbs 3x12
  • Cable isolated tricep extensions (lateral head) 40lbs up 10lbs 3x12
  • Extension 30lbs 3x15
  • Flexion 30lbs 3x15
  • DB Spider Curls (short head) 25lbs up 5lbs 3x12
  • Cable tricep press down long rope (lateral head) 120lbs 2x14,15 up in reps drop set 90lbs 1x20
  • Reverse curls 40lbs 3x15
  • Deviation 40lbs 3x15
  • Overhead straight bar tricep extensions 60lbs up 10lbs 2x15 drop set 40lbs 1x25
  • DB Hammer curls alternating 25lbs 3x30
  • Suppination/pronation 10lbs 3x15

Definitely can’t wait to start cutting. My abs are virtually gone and my chest is losing definition on the outter part

for now you're a bit of a bulk so you getting the mass in and I can see your abs bro :) we just gotta keep working on it
