Getting a viral infection is never fun but it's something we have to deal with once or twice a year.
 
155 lbs is not bad. Losing weight is not bad. Let your body Manage itself and stay out of its way Especially while you're going through a sickness.
 
It's very possible for sure that you're burning body fat and that's why your weight is dropping a little bit..

But also while you're sick, your appetite is going to go down. That's pretty normal.
 
Anytime you have vascularity in your arms while cold, then you know that you're losing body fat
That's definitely what we want to see.
