Hack squat 110lbs 3x12 up in reps
Seated isolation calve presses 110lbs up 5lbs 3x12
Leg extensions 155lbs up 5lbs 3x12
Standing isolation hamstring curls 30lbs up 5lbs 3x12
Hopefully I’ll feel better tomorrow. I have absolutely no appetite. I’m having to force myself to eat lately.
