Ordered some immune support supplements that are supposed to be coming tomorrow.

Did legs and a little cardio today. Very hard workout. Decided to cut my workout short since I’m still dealing with this cold.

15min treadmill 3.5 speed

Bb squats 175lbs 3x12 up in reps
Hack squat 110lbs 3x12 up in reps
Seated isolation calve presses 110lbs up 5lbs 3x12
Leg extensions 155lbs up 5lbs 3x12
Standing isolation hamstring curls 30lbs up 5lbs 3x12

Hopefully I’ll feel better tomorrow. I have absolutely no appetite. I’m having to force myself to eat lately.

You should get some elderberry and increase your n2guard dose.

My immune support supplements came in today. I decided to take today off from the gym. My body aches were still continuing today, they’ve subsided since.

It says take 2 a day, but I was thinking of taking 4 a day until I’m better. I’m still taking n2 guard, a multivitamin, vitamin d, and omegas. Thoughts?

@Mk11kh to start take 3 full days off from the gym, trust the EF family, rest for 3 days, even if you feel better.

On the doses. Keep taking n2guard, multis, vitamin D and omegas daily, add this new immune support 4 per day split dose 1 every 2 hours.

You should also get chicken soup and drink it daily, it works. Or get bone broth soup, hot drink it daily. Dont worry about macros, try to get extra food to help recovery.

Returned to the gym today.

I did back and cardio

15 mins treadmill 3.6 speed

ISO low row machine isolation 160lbs up 10lbs 3x12
Wide grip pull ups w/ belt 15lbs 4x12 up in reps
Behind the back shrugs 95lbs 4x15
Wide grip preacher curls (short head) 75lbs up 10lbs 4x12
Bb bent over rows wide grip 155lbs up 10lbs 4x12
Incline bench cable lat pull overs 50lbs up 10lbs 4x15
Lying cable bicep curls (both) 70lbs up 10lbs 4x12

Post-workout 20 mins stairclimber 5.0 speed.
