What people who don't workout don't realize. Is the vast majority of the time, after my warmup to several hours after my workouts my injuries barely even bother me.

One of my ranger buddies said, motion is lotion, keep moving with purpose and you will keep moving much longer.
you warm up for hours or did I read that wrong bro?

how was your day tell us? :)

The only thing really different is I dropped underhand chins on back day to substitute more sets of wide grip pull ups.

And now I'm doing Underhand chins on biceps day as my second exercise after barbell curls. I do this sometimes.

Slowly increasing weight on leg day, as the meniscus injury is doing well. Again paying close attention to my body to make sure I don't reinjure myself.

Not doing any two a days the past week, mostly due to weather and time constraints. I like to do my second workouts outside
I like it bro

You read it wrong. Once I warm up the pain starts going away, then I workout which increases blood flow and decreases pain even more. This increased blood flow helps manage my pain for hours. Then if I do a second conditioning workout later this further pushes off the onset of injury related pain.
I get it, your warms ups letting you push bro :) great
