Don't worry about 10 minutes, a cardio, that's still solid. If you do high intensity.
 
Make sure you get a good rest and then come back tomorrow and kill it.

Also this week and trying get in some more cardio, maybe 30 or 40 minutes would be awesome.
 
This cold/flu has completely wiped out my endurance. It’s been over a week but I’m still struggling to get back my endurance on cardio.

Did cardio and abs today

15min a treadmill 3.6 died

Abs

7 mins stairclimber 4.0 speed
7 min treadmill 8.0 incline 3.0 speed
6 min bicycle
