You should notice some tightening on the tbol, its good mild oral steroid.
 
week 2 isn't enough time. give it a solid 4-5 weeks to truly hit peak.
Once it does, then you'll start seeing some consistent gains. You'll see
 
I don't really feel anything yet. I'm feeling like muscle might be getting a little harder. But it's only my second week in. I was going to run the Test @ 250 mg but decided to go with 300 to make it 500 mg a week of the Test/Mast combo.
It will take a bit of time to feel it but you boosted the masteron to 500mgs? or did I misread
 
You misread bro. It's 500 mg total 300 mg Test + 200 mg Mast. = 500 + 50 mg a day Turanibol.
Thats not bad, but I would keep masteron at 100mgs if you're cool with that, a bit too much masteron for you imo
50mgs tbol make sure you got strong organ liver support like n2guard bro :)
 
Today was legs:
4 sets standing cable leg curls until failure each leg.
4 sets of seated leg extensions until failure.
4 sets seated calf raises until failure
4 sets standing calf raises until failure.

Eats.

Protein shake #1 50 grams

6 scrambled eggs with butter salt and pepper

Baked boneless skinless chicken breast shredded in a bowl. With lemon butter and seasoning.

Broccoli

1 Apple

Protein shake # 2 50 grams

Another bowls of shredded chicken breast.

Eating is getting harder since I started the 5 mg of Tirzepatide. Not very hungry and when I eat I get full quickly. Definitely dropping fat and getting leaner over the last month running it at 2.5 mg. Lost 10 lbs so far. Will probably be more after another 4 weeks on 5 mg's. Also started Ipamorelin @ 300 mcg before bed.

but eating harder for sure with the GLP-1 drugs, how about you lower the dose of Tirzepatide to 1 mg to see how you feel?

Also the ipam 300mcg a bit much I would go with 200mcg if before bed, how you sleeping on it? @Dogbreath
