Approved Log Trt and Blast cycle Log

Today was legs and core. Nothing fancy knee was sore after but nothing serious as I said. Only took one day off this week. That only because I had a road trip and doctor appointment and I was on the road by six. Still almost got up to work out, but the wife would've killed me.

Today was chest and Tris (not sitting by my note book)
10 sets of dips, leaned really far over and getting a deep stretch.. feeling that chest

Three compound sets of pushups the way I usually do them.
Feet up
Normal
Hands up

Pullovers 3 sets of pullovers. Really focusing on the mind muscle connection to feel chest.

.3 sets Overhead extensions for singles

3(I think 3) Super sets
Skull crushers
Closegrip bench presses

Db Kickbacks
One high rep.set
One mid rep range set

I almost never experience real muscle soreness these days. Chest and Tris are sore, taking today off. The only real difference yesterday was in how I really squeezed out the reps focusing on the mind muscle connection. Along with a slight volume increase.

3 sets O.H. D.B. squats low reps
Alt. d.B. deadlifts 3 sets low reps
Then alot of core work for martial arts
In a Fighting stance 3 sets of really high rep knee raises coming straight up the center between my "guard" to high face level
Side leg raises 1 set each side, watching knee Injury it was torquing a little.
Front leg raises eye level probably not swinging that's useless
3 sets of sit-ups with dumbbells punching with each rep as I come up going cross body
