Today was arms day:
8:00 AM - 8: 35
4 sets hammer curls until failure.
4 sets standing alternating cable curls until failure.
4 sets standing with EZ curl bar until failure
4 sets triceps extensions with rope until failure
4 sets behind the head towards ceiling rope extensions until failure
4 sets pushdowns with v bar until failure.

Eats:
2 cups of joe

6 eggs scrambled.

Protein shake #1

Large Bowl of shredded chicken with butter and low cal Italian dressing salt and pepper.

Strawberry, banana, Greek yogurt and Almond milk smoothie.

10 shrimp with cocktail sauce & lemon

Protein shake #2

1 chopped avocado salad with olive oil and vinegar salt and pepper

5 bottles of water.

Always a 50 grams protein or 48 grams depending on the brand. Always two scoops and most of the time 2 shakes a day. One after my workout and the other later on in the day for a snack.
