This is the second workout utilizing 20mg of winny 45 minutes before my workout and i had another fantastic one.
the pumps i had i felt like my triceps were going to explode
it was so intense and feeling that level of pump, it made the mind muscle pumps connected on a level i didnt think possible.
i find myself more locked in and dialed in then ever before, everything outside and inside the gym is being done correctly every single day, my motivation and drive to become cut and lean and vascular is at an all time high.
i just cant believe the pumps off just 20mg of winny and it hasnt even been a week yet.. i can only imagine what it will be like as the weeks roll on.
My coach also said depending on how i do and respond and tolerate winny, at some point var will also be making and appearance in my cycle, i cant even phantom what the pump/endurance on that combination would begin to feel like.
overall i am doing well so far and look forward with progressing onwards.
injections are monday/friday each week
as it stands, here is what im incorporating so far until my coach says otherwise and adjustments are made with doses and compounds.
250mg test 125/125 each jab
100mg mast 50/50 each jab
20mg winny x3 days a week
Aromasin 6.25mg Eod
Pull/cardio
Push/cardio
Off/cardio/abs
Off/cardio/abs
legs
tamoxifen & var added at later dates when coach says it is go time.
