Notes: this slow wight gain is begginging to piss me off, so as results ive started implementing junk food to help me gain weight, this is first time ive ever done this coz usually mt diet is perfectly clean, but now 5500-6000 calories is just to fukin hard to get in when its all healthy
tonight had chinese food and a big mac for dinnerlol, and OMFG its been 5 years sinc eive tasted a big mac and WOW i forgotten just how good they are
have had 3 icecream sundeas aswell for my carb sources in meals lol, and FUKKKKKKKKKKK i forget how much ive missed icecream
