bro how are the tren dreams coming?

for the last 2 nights in a row Iv had dreams about beating people who I know in real life nearly to death and one of them was because he stole some food from me!
 
havent had one in awhile man, which im glad about lol, lately i been having more wet dreams then anything else which im loving

I wanna work out today but the gym has already closed because its Sunday and I slept for 11 hours last night so I got up too late to go :(

mine closes at 4:00 on sundays I got 11 hours of sleep too haha I'm going to go in a couple hours, I really don't like the idea of doing deadlifts and 8x4x255 squats on a Sunday afternoon:(
 
thanks man, yea the pushups have been going up heaps

yea my shoulders are fine on the incline, i usually get problems with decline, dips and flat bench or any decline movement, so i think its a a rotatinf cuff since on inclines and upright shoulder presses i dont get any issues

its really weird, it not pain i get, but like i loose strength in my right shoulder

ill feel solid while benching, and then when i lower the bar to my chest my right shoulder will just suddenly loose all its strength and give in, not to sure what it is, i personaly think its a rotating cuff

could be wrong

Your doin great bro but dont ignore that shoulder injury...i had something similar from doin weighted dips .

you should probably get someone to take a look at it...it could save you from 6 - 8 weeks sittin on your ass waiting for it to heal and watching some of your gains go down the toilet.

Just my opinion.:)
