thanks man, yea the pushups have been going up heaps
yea my shoulders are fine on the incline, i usually get problems with decline, dips and flat bench or any decline movement, so i think its a a rotatinf cuff since on inclines and upright shoulder presses i dont get any issues
its really weird, it not pain i get, but like i loose strength in my right shoulder
ill feel solid while benching, and then when i lower the bar to my chest my right shoulder will just suddenly loose all its strength and give in, not to sure what it is, i personaly think its a rotating cuff
could be wrong
