as tblcok said for me, i have my little bro or someone in the gym stack 20kg plates on my back, my plates in my gym have rubbing coating so they sit grip well together without sliding off
Anyways today i trained Lats, traps, forearms, deadlifts (strength)
Bodyweight:222 pounds
Notes: little upset last night, went out with my gf and my university friends to a lebanese restuarant and i was told the meat was fairly lean
i got their n order $50 worth of food (meat and rices) ( 4 main sized meals)
food came out and i was regreting it coz i could see the oil and lard peices, so i was gonna break out in tears
but unfortunatly i scoffled that food down coz im bulking and it already cost me an arm n a leg, and after it i dont think ive ever felt so sick in my life, stomach felt like it had stones in it, i dotn think ive eaten something that fatty in over 3 years
owell definetaly nto making the same mistake again
today however in my workout i felt FUKIN awesome, i mean FUKIN awesome, the tren is definetaly kicking in, everything i touched today felt light, my aggression in the gym was indescribable
It was like an addrenaline rush everywhere i go,
I didnt even need to use my training hooks to grab the bars to help my grip, my grip was just so fukin solid,
Nothing!!!!!! was gonna slip from my hands today
Strength has just shot through the roof FINALLY
i grabed bars and dumbells and threw them around like fukin paper, i cant describe just how fukin INCREDIBLE i feel, its like GOD mode, im sure anyone whos run tren knows what im talking about
my mate came n trained with me today, felt sorry for him waiting for me coz i was in the gym for 3 hours today just talking to other guys and girls who are noticing me transform again
but started laughing coz i was recording me doing rack pulls when i wasnt looking, im gonna try get the video for ya since its the only one i got so far
