Weird problem, awesome results. Whats going on?

Sometimes it just seems that your body goes thru a natural cycle where you break thru plateaus. If you have that kind of drive that makes you not want to leave the gym, take advantage. Or maybe your work out partner is slipping D'bol into your protein shakes. Also, for the acne problem. Change your sheets and pillow cases as often as possible. Change them every day if possible. Shower before you go to bed rather then when you wake up. Use a back scrubber in the shower. I use mine to even scrub my chest and arms. This will keep extra dirt and oils from getting in your poors.

I dont have a workout partner lol. I like it better by myself that way i dont have to worry about what someone else wants to do. Definatly no way there is any kind of anabolics in my diet. I AM drinking a lot more water than i used to. That would account for the strength gains? Whatever it is, i welcome it. Pimples are ALL fading thanx to OXY pads being applied 3 times a day.

Could it be that you were poorly hydrating yourself before and now you are drinking alot more water? That will do it (the strength part).

Are are you working out at a different time of day than you used to?

That was the first thing my doctor told me. Drink more water. He said i wasn't getting in enough. so i was drinking so much friggin water i was pissing every 30 minutes. i did that for over 2 weeks and they hadn't cleared a bit. Testosterone itself can cause your sebacaucus glands to become overactive. Basically the more you train the more Test you make and for some like me...that = overactive sebacaucus glands which cuases back acne.

Also helpful is Benzoyl Peroxide (10%) wash. That's what my doc prescribed to me. This, in combination with topical Retin-A Micro, has eradicated the acne vulgaris (that's the name for back/shoulder acne) I once had. You can try Minocycline as well, if need be. However, I'd try to stick with the topicals and washes, at least in the early going.

That retin-a stuff does a serious number on my skin. whoa it turns my pimples into legions that look worse than the acne. It flattens them but leaves a red legion for about a week. I tried that stuff. Not for me. So far Plexion is the easiest and most effective for me.

If anyone does try the plexion wash post your results. I would like to hear how it does on someone else. Thanks

Ok here is all the info on Plexion Cleanser.

It contains Sodium Sulfacetamide 10% and sulfur 5%

It comes in a 12oz bottle which last a long time. I must get 3 months out of it.

It's used for a number of skin problems ranging from acne, to rosacea. It doesn't sting and wont dry you out if used once a day.

If you want more info just go to.http://www.plexion.com

Ok for me. plexion wash costs 10 bucks a bottle under a prescription plan. I asked how much it costs without a plan and she said $75. I was blown away by that.

this might help or it might do squat but b5 can help with skin problems that are caused by hormonal fluctuations...

do a search for pantothenic acid (sp?) and you will find some good stuff...

its cheap too..

i use the plexion cleanser. great stuff. another product that has sodium sulfacetamide is klaron lotion if i am not mistaken. i have heard of some people actually using dishwashing soap in the shower. i guess it kinds just sucks the oil right out of you. but its supposed to be really hard to wash all of the soap off of your skin. it will also leave your skin really dry, so you will want to buy some water based moisturizer. i believe cetaphil has a really good water based moisturizer. my acne was never that bad, but it was stubborn as hell. right now im on accutane and its working miracles. so far the only noticeable side effects are chapped lips and dry skin. all of which are easily treatable. oh yeah, and a little muscle aches primarily in the back when working out if i dont take an advil.
