It's an elongated bag about 2 inches in diameter and maybe 7-8 inches long.
The shells take up a pretty large volume, and a tbsp is actually pretty big, so it sounds about right. (i questioned it too when i first read it)
lol... Anywho, if you type up the nutritional information on the package and serving size - everything. I can state the pros and cons, well as long as you tell me your current goals (bulk, cut..ect.).
I try to avoid anything "bagged" like chips... any "fast food," anything "on the go."
My Recomendation: Try to plan out your meals more, buy a bunch of veggies to chomp on, or if you want the crunch of a seed or chip type food... get some of those rice cakes.
Myself I've always been a "lean" guy (but NEVER had a completly flat stomach, could see a 4 pack occasionally) then at college... I was a semi-bigger guy... but I've never been ripped, dieting sucks... but the results i'm starting to see are so inspirational I want to cry. jk... but it's well worth the pain and suffereing.
Actually when i'm not eating junk and fast food, I can lose fat very fast. I'm 6'4" and have the natural genetics that let me gain muscle pretty easily, but I've never been a 'lean guy'. My knee injury screwed me up so bad that it's been a while since I was actually happy with my body. Luckily every time I start trying hard to get back on track to my ultimate goal I make strength and muscle gains very easily and lose fat very easily as well. Everytime I stop it's cause I'm injured or get really sick. Injuries I can't help much, but I absolutely cannot use getting sick as an excuse to fall off track anymore! GRRRRR
haha
But yeah I've been gifted with a fairly tall frame that is built for size (I'm not lanky at all). Back in my Junior year in HS I was wrestling at 215 and I think my bench was around 315. This was without really doing a lot of weight training. It was 3 days a week of typical HS weight training and just the average wrestling practices we would have. I think my BF was around 12%

Yeah I can put on muscle well when I"m consist in the gym, but with eating big... I also put on some fat.
Same here... at 6'1" I can carry weight very well.
I think it's alot easier for us mesomorphs (I'm a meso/endo) to go either way when bulking or cutting (without going too extreme to do either)... that's a definate plus.
When I say "lean" i meant as looking in clothes I guess... I've NEVER been ripped like a "fitness" model... and that's what i'm going for now after bulking since September and getting up to 201.5 lbs (I was so happy to see that on the scale it was one of my goals since high school to be > 200 lbs and mostly muscle)
After being on here it's inspired me to see what I've built over the years. I want to see what the hell is under this layer of fat.
So I'm cycling naturally for awhile... bulk up 201.5, cut to 190(?) ... bulk to 215 lbs ... cut to 205 lbs and so on,
Holy shit... just popped my 3rd t-rex (and last) of the day a few ago, it just hit me! lol
