After years of inactivity, 12 weeks ago I decided to make a life change.

From all the info on this site, I have changed my diet, lift 3x a week and do cardio 3x+ a week.

In 12 weeks at 6'2" my weight has gone from 252 to 234, bodyfat from 28% to 17% and all my lifts have increased dramatically.

Goal is to be 225 and sub 12% bodyfat with more strength and muscle gain before my holiday to California and Vegas at the end of June.

Just wanted to say thanks for all the inspiration, knowledge and motivation I have gained from these boards.

Typical Diet basically looks like this. Philosophy was to reduce carb and fat intake and increase protein

Breakfast- Oats
Mid Morning- Banana
Lunch- Turkey Sandwich (Wholemeal Bread)
Mid Afternoon-Myoplex, rice Cake, Turkey
Dinner- Lots of Beef/Chicken/Tuna with Brocolli or similar
Lots of water through the day

Myoplex post workout with sports drink, typically higher carbs at weekend (potatoes/rice with dinner).

I sit at a desk for 12+ hours a day, so my diet is not ideal and I realise it will have to improve for me to hit my goals, but while it's working....

Supplements- Good Quality Multi Vitamin, Myoplex, Will Power!

Any advice would be appreciated...
