Now before you flame me for not putting this on the diet board this is relevant to training, post-training habits that is. Today I had a workout and decided to get a 20 oz Nestea (55 g carb/sugar) I thought it would be a good idea since simple carbs are supposed to be ingested immediately after a workout. Now I did realize not to get a carbonated drink so is Nestea a good post-workout drink that I should make a habbit of?
P.S. I also take in 42 g of protein (5 g glutamine) post workout.
