Hit a bis and tri workout yesterday felt good. Didn't go crazy heavy work shoulder and back acting up.
Shoulder felt good and back is wat it is right now. Working on strengthening my back and continuously stretching it out. Got in the hydro lounge and spent about 20 min on the ball stretching.

5 sets. 25 reps 1st set
20 reps Set 2
20 reps Set 3
18 reps Set 4
18 reps Set 5

Preacher curls
5 sets.
80lbs at 22 reps
90lbs at 20 reps
110lbs at 16 reps
115lbs at 15 reps
125lbs at 8 reps drop to 75lbs 15 more reps

Dips
175lbs at 30 reps
190lbs at 25 reps
210lbs at 18 reps
225lbs at 18 reps
225lbs at 18 reps

Isolated curls
70lbs at 25 reps.
85lbs at 22 reps
100lbs at 18 reps
110lbs at 16 reps
110lbs at 14 reps
110lbs at 12 reps drop to 75lbs 12 more reps

Tri pushdowns
4 sets
1st Set was 25 reps
2nd Set was 22 reps
3rd Set was 18 reps
4th Set was 12 reps drop weight 12 more reps
5th Set 10 reps drop weight 15 reps burnout

Pump felt good and can't complain about shoulder and back. Def able to work through right now. Got a lot of pain in my elbow that I haven't had in long time. So I'll keep sure on that. Might need lil npp for lube!!🫢

Can't complain though. Der btr then expected so hopefully that's where we going. Don't need any Set backs at this point

Trained back yesterday. Bis were a lil sore from day b4 but tries were smoked sore. Felt really good though.

Lat pulls 160lbs @ 25 reps
180lbs @ 20 reps

1 armed rows machine

I got good soreness in my Lats and the workout didn't seem to tighten my back up. I did go to hydro lounge pre-workout and also stretched back out for 20 min b4 I started. Feelin good considering though. Gonna hit chest and see how shoulder and back hold up.
