Def have the protein loaded in the ice cream no doubt. Training been good but lil flat with low carbs and tren got me lethargic. Getting lean will def carb load a day or two though..

Feel strong just lil flat. Not getting the pump I was on the anadrol. See what next week feels like and I'll adjust. I'm def getting leaner though I see new veins daily and skin getting thinner
