2 tbs flax seed meal
Meal 5
if workout day, then this is usaully PW
recovery drink
70g maltodextrim
50g whey
if not workout day
8oz Chiken breast or ground beef or ground turkey
1 cup broc
Meal 6
about 30 mins before bedtime
4oz chicken breast or ground beef or ground turkey
couple of handfulls of peanuts or yogurt cheese over the above
or
cottage cheese
