2 weeks out....hard event training day. Drove 4 hours to be there at 10am...ouch...was a tough day...and can barely move right now.

Here is me doing the super yoke with 600lbs for 160 feet. First time I've ever done this event ever...not too bad.

On to the stone circle (conan's wheel) with 800lbs. Talk about frying your legs and back...and traps
Made a full turn...not too bad.

Once again you are awesome.....nice pics. Although I think I could walk around the block with that yoke. lol. Anyway.....keep up the hard work.....I am cheering you all the way to Texas. Maybe after this competition we could train together again....I always seem to get good results when I train in your home gym. Lady
